Pre-ELL Pathways to Medical Coding

This summer course is an introduction to the curriculum for the Medical Coding program designed specifically for English as a second language students. Students must commit to attending 4 days per week, 3 hours per day for 4 weeks. This FREE class can help you decide whether or not to enroll in the yearlong 38-week Medical Terminology and Medical Coding program offered at Encina Adult Center by San Juan Adult Education in the fall of 2025.

NOTE: Students currently enrolled in San Juan Adult Education programs must have a minimum Intermediate ESL level or above. New students will be contacted, and their language skills will be assessed.
